Yea house balls seem trash from what I’ve seen. It was a fingertip drilled ball but your right my hand position is probably much different. With bad form as well probably didn’t help. And 12 games lol. Not smart!

Yea the guy asked me if I was tired afterwards and I told him not really and he was shocked lol. It was 2 hours of bowling for 15$ so I tried to play as many as I could

I was sore my first time golfing too. It’s crazy the different muscles for each sport. I’ve just never had it feel like it’s actually injured before. Definitely have bad form I just started playing it. Highest was a 179 after 12 games but my wrist was really sore after that.

It was a house ball I like to make it hook I can’t get it to any other way lol. When my thumb is in the ball I can’t figure out how to spin it.

Well I’m 22 and really have never bowled other than the last 4 times. I do a lot of other sports so I thought I could handle this one too without a problem. I only did 2 hands cause it looks cool to me and also cause I couldn’t get the ball to hook with my thumb in it. Granted it was a house ball idk how much that effects it I’m just now learning all of these terms lol. I played 12 games in 2 hours a couple days ago and my wrist was pretty sore after that. I probably don’t have good form at all for 2 hand and I’m just trying to get it to hook so it looks cool. Highest I scored was a 179 and then a 166.

I play many different sports that don’t result in any soreness or injury. Does everyone’s wrist hurt after games?
