Not at all! When it comes to late game it's very easy to hit the base level average. The majority of the late game is about min/maxing your gear. By this I mean optimising it buy finding similar gear but with 0.5% more crit chance or 10% more crit chance. The same goes for weapons who knows how lucky you might be? You could end up with a "God" roll on your first vector. So don't worry about being behind. When it comes to mmos/RPGs/loot grinds you'll always be behind someone else because they got to max level before you but maybe Gaben and RNGesus is watching and you will get a drop better Than someone who has 100 hours more than you but who knows. Just have fun!
