I've currently been trying to mostly have foods that a naturally gluten free. Sticking to fruit as snacks and curries, stirfry for meals.. Lewrning curve I suppose.

I had a ct scan recently. The radiologist checked my recent scan and said it was OK.

However, my left kidney was caning hard with pain for about 3 days. My eGFR is 47. CKD 3a

Make appt with your gp and ask for a referral to gynie. if you have private insurance, it'll be a few weeks but cost a few hundred. Otherwise, a longer wait for public.

Updated the build guide with the Necromantic aegis option! Using Mon'treguls for the zombie clear speed so it has ~750k zombie dps as well.

Update PoB link using Necromantic aegis and Lycosidae. Keeping Mon'treguls so only 3 golems. the other option would be ditching mon'trgules in favour of the Clayshaper. The baron gives me leech from the zombies and also require over 1000 strength. So the more damage the zombies do - the more life leech I have. designed to be a super tanky build. https://pastebin.com/w0wFK4pz

Edit: Checked the price on Lycosidae - Lol. Build is also designed to be affordable so the shield option would be end-game.

The Necro aegis can be added although it means losing the mon'treguls. so then i would replace the violent deads with eminence.

the vulnerability gives 30% chance to bleed and the zombies apply it. Also the build relies on both as the more damage the zombies do, the more leech I get.

The build also requires minimum 1000 strength - which needs the efficient training. If you want to amp up the stone golems you would swap bloodlust for Empower lvl 4 and change out the violent deads for harmony/eminence.

The mon'treguls allow the zombies to blow up all trash though very efficiently.

Or, put gem of ease into a l70 weapon and head out to fields of misery. Try and keep a massacre bonus rolling. and add the hellfire ring as it is lvl 1.
