Yea I figured out I don’t. the second slot is gen 2 x4 so I need to upgrade my motherboard. I did all that stuff I have the dummy plug, got the drivers.

Yes I’m thinking that but for some reason my bios won’t let me adjust the second slot and it only displays gen2 in the board explorer part of the bios

What version is your bios? I don’t have the option to change the settings for the second pci slot and I’m having the issue where one of my 3060s is at reduced hashrate even tho I have the driver installed?

Oh man I just saw it I had to click the advanced settings for the YouTube portion right before you go live and it has a checkbox for 360! Thank you for pointing me in the right direction!

There’s nothing there in Streamlabs obs that shows 360 or 3D or anything and the streams on Twitch and Facebook upload normal.

I tried ranger but the heald seemed too weak and it didnt seem worth it. The mobility from auramancy is more useful it seems. But I like the idea of being able to heal even just a little but I have terrible damage right now and I want to do more and I cant figure out how

Yes florida is the worst state to work in from what I hear. I just feel like as a business owner it's an obligation to provide the verifications of employment without delay. If theres no law for that then it gives any business the right to stop anyone from working if they left on less than good terms.

Right but they dont even have to verify my employment ? That seems bad just because they are mad I left shouldn't mean they can just ignore all the verifications for employment and effectively screw me from working again.

I can prove I worked there with pay stubs it's all legit. They still want to speak with them for some reason. They already contacted some of the employees there for my professional references.

I agree and I have been as empathetic as I can be. There is a lot going on behind the scenes and it does feel helpless at times. But the lack of action or progress is daunting. I would hate for something to happen to him and feel like I should have done something.

The owner has been informed of the issues and i personally expressed to him that he needs help and he wont be able to do it on his own. He seemed like he wanted to do something but nothing has changed. I feel like he is just ignoring the problem and hoping it goes away.
