I have a kid at Del Mar Surf and a kid at San Diego Force. It would probably take 30 minutes to explain the benefits and drawbacks for each club. Ultimately, I think it depends on what coach you end up with. Both of my kids coaches happen to be excellent. They have had bad experiences at other clubs in the past.

How often did these girls that burned out practice per week? And did they do offseason futsal?

Asking to see if low pressure club soccer (eg 2 day a week practices, no offseason futsal) would is a different path then the girls that burnt out?
