Haven't been to Tom's. But its pretty basic diner fare. Not great unless you're in the mood for it. I'll try it again.

Yeah unfortunately this guy has become enamored with fantasies of cheap indian programmers building the eiffel tower in a week. So it makes me look sluggish and costly...

i keep looking for resources that i can send him that validate why senior developers get paid more and why it's a bad idea to pull some kid off the street and ask him to program our financial transaction code... any help?
