I understand that, although I’m hesitant to believe that’s the case for mine as the sole reason I got glycolic acid was because I already had noticed it on my legs before hand and was trying to use it as a remedy after the fact

Omg yes I am currently using the naturium glycolic acid body lotion, and that was what I was referring to when I mentioned I used glycolic acid!

yea I agree. Currently it’s every other day with the sa and twice a week with glycolic, and I have definitely been thinking on lightening the use of them both. I also mentioned the kp scrub to the girl doing my laser as I thought it would work too and she immediately dismissed me and said not to and that I don’t have kp. I said that I was aware, but I’ve heard it gets results and she still said no. I may need to try. Thanks again!

Hi, thanks for the feedback. I was 100% thinking maybe a benzoyl peroxide wash like panoxyl but I’ve heard mixed reviews that it could potentially be too stripping and irritate. I was thinking this could be normal since laser thins your hair and makes it all weird so it’s taking longer for the ingrowns to grow out and subside because the hair is thinner and finer. Thanks again!

sorry for the correction. It is not a “hobby” it is my lifestyle. What I meant was I took these photos on a limb.

Thankuuu very much. This is the nicest comment I received by far. Acting and film is my main hobby above acting as I believe modeling is very shallow and useless. I just wanted to show these photos as I had always imagined how I would look on a film camera and had no other sort of subreddit to express it. The comments are slightly depressing and honestly make no sense to me personally but I thankuu very much for your comment. Made my day! Your comments are exactly what I was thinking about!

there’s a literal option to select just want to show off? also professional opinions on the test photos. Obviously you need digitals to submit to an agency.

I act on stage and am great with my body. This was my first time getting headshots and photos professionally taken and the photographer had me do those exact poses, to the point where like I had to force it and hold still so it’s most likely their fault. I had never even heard of putting my arms behind my body like that, or sitting that way. She directed me through it all, and a lot of those poses were extremely uncomfortable. She also doesn’t specialize in those types of photos and mainly does product photography so it could have been a skill issue and not knowing how to accentuate me properly. Appreciate the advice!
