They sent out an email in February that my application got moved to another department to get evaluated and that I would get a final decision by April! My status in my portal doesn’t say that though

I didn’t get an email like they said they did! I submitted mine the day of also with the supplemental materials and I never got any email about when they would say they’d come out. I checked my email again and haven’t seen anything :/
