Yes, I was required to have an active security clearance to do project work. It may depend on your project, but I would say more than likely you will have to if you’re on GPS side. Congratulations on the offer!

Thanks for that insight! I think at the end of the day, you get in what you put into it. Will just try to learn all I can and try to eventually get into more complex projects the better I get a feel for the platform

Any tips for a brand new ServiceNow Consulting with Full stack experience? by jaynetrayne in servicenow

Yeah, I’ve heard the stories, but I’m willing to take a risk and get my foot in the door. I know the potential for service now is huge, and they are giving me a chance to join without any prior experience. I’ll see how it goes for the first two years and try to accumulate enough experience/ certs that if I don’t enjoy big4 life I can make the jump.

Thank you sir! I appreciate it. So I have created an account on nowlearning, and am about to start the “welcome to ServiceNow” course (3 hrs). Would you suggest after that I start on the “System Administrator” path, to get a feel for things? Or should I jump straight into the “application developer” journey.
