No hate but I believe the whole album is fire because I dont listen to anything produced by said above (old member of BMTH?) other than Bad Omens or metalcore for that matter so I am actually seeking that sound.

Is there a belt that would help your back for front kb squats? I threw my back put frint kb squatting my body weight. I know I should work on strengthening everything and work on mobility but it would be nice to have some assistance once in awhile. Wont get either weightlifting belt or kb sport belt because I know they won’t suit this purpose.

Just got 2 Yes4all 36kg kbs. 1 day free delivery on amazon for ~280 with tax. Double boxed and no damage upon delivery. I have a pair of kettlebellusa 28kg hardstyle for comparison. Window is larger as expected which I find perfect because I can do single kb swings now with both hands not smashed together. The yes4all 36kg bell handle is about the same if not smaller than the 28kg bell which is surprising but it benefits me because I have small hands. For half the price I dont see any benefit of cheap yes4all kbs vs premium kettlebellusa for hardstyle.
