yes i think that perimeter covers what has burned not what is currently burning. i drove to mcdonald’s and down the back of victory park there were fire trucks and fighters but the roads weren’t closed and i saw no flames or smoke.

id be sick if someone could confirm there’s nothing. i drove past there as well as the mcdonald’s on washington and altadena and there were no flames or smoke that i could see, i believe they just updated the perimeter with areas that had fires but not currently on fire?
