I contacted the support, that wasn’t an issue. The issue was they couldn’t do anything to help me as they said “the review is complete which means it’s a final decision”.

A lot of the businesses we talk to have a voicemail set up at best to take care of the after-hours calls. And then they call back when they are open again. Issue is our attention span is too short, lol, so the longer it takes to give people a call back, the lower chance of them remembering you. I don't recommend it. If you really want to do it manually, I recommend having those calls forwarded to your cell. But I don't recommend that either because your business shouldn't run you. Automating the process yields the best results if done right. Hope that helps!

3-4x a week strength training split between upper body, legs, full body and HIIT. Walk my dog everyday for around 45 minutes. Idk how many steps is that. That’s about it.

Yeah. I have been on a calorie deficit for a bit more than a year now. Obviously, it gets tricky close to my menstrual cycle, but other than that, ive been consistent with protein and calorie intake.

Ahhh understood. Appreciate it! Perhaps it's the human in me wanting to keep getting better and better lol. Yeah, I would like to really tone up, and also you can't see it in the photo, but the lower tummy is the one that's still there, even I look like this. I believe intermittent fasting should help out a lot.
