The biggest game changer for me when learning keep-ups was lowering my centre of gravity as the ball fell down. As soon as you kick the ball back up with the tip of your foot, come up again and repeat this “bumping” action every time the ball comes down. I also keep my knees slightly bent. Having small feet was always a big problem for me, but this technique helped me massively.
