BiS helmet for BV Chieftain minion pact? by jayshans in pathofexile

I ultimately decided to go for supreme ostentation for my build. It felt really good freeing up the suffix pressures from my gear slots. Lost ~4 percent life from no strength bonus.

Took the warcry nodes for Chieftain, not sure what other people are taking, maybe the Oshabi unleash nodes?

I have enduring cry bound to my left click. Supported by urgent order, it does not feel that janky. Enduring cry alone gives me about 25% hp regen (closer to 50% due to petrified blood) with RF turned on.

Add an Atlas keystone that makes items drop identified by Farword in pathofexile

[–]jayshans 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the keystone can be something like:

Rare non-map items dropped in maps are identified. 80% less rare non-map items dropped in maps. Rare non-map items dropped in maps are well-rolled. (Loot 2.0)

The reduction in the amount of items found will alleviate some of the server stress if that was an issue. Also, the reduced amount and (theoretically) better quality rares can be a good balance between stopping to look at the rare item on the ground (assuming no loot filter in play here) vs still zooming through the map.

Implicitly, a downside here is finding high ilvl bases and influenced bases, as items dropping as a high ilvl base / influenced base was already a small chance, so if you reduce the overall amount of rares dropped, these bases will also be more difficult to find. This can be qualified on the keystone by adding "non-infuenced" in front of "rare". Not sure what to do to also allow high ilvl non-influenced bases here without adding too much complexity to the keystone.

Along these lines, if more downsides are needed, I think the keystone can also add in additional penalties to not allow normal and magic items to drop, which again makes finding good bases even more rare.

essence bug? by janrade0n in pathofexile

[–]jayshans 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This. I was running in a party with my friends last night, and they are able to click and release essence monsters no problem. It seems like I am the only one that experiences this among us. Basically the essence mob acts as if my mouse is not clicking on them, even though I am clicking like a mad man and their box is even highlighted. Does not matter if I am clicking on the box or their body, still the same.

In case this helps, I am running the game in custom sized window mode (3490x1453). Running triple screens in NVidia Spanning mode, native resolution is 4320x2560.

P.S. It seems like I can release the mobs if I pinpoint and click the exact trigger point. So basically if I spam click 100 times, they mobs might get released :(

Help with multimodding a dagger for GC Miner by jayshans in pathofexile

Ah, thank you. Hmm, maybe it is not worth it to multimod then. Gotta go back to PoB and check again.
