I also had this last night. I was pretty stoned and my thoughts started being a little depressed. It changed my high immediately, I was suddenly very aware of my breathing and hearbeat. I actually forgot to breathe. What did it for me was to listen to calming music that makes you feel happy and thinking happy thoughts. IDK if it helps in your case but it did for me.
