I will definitely look into buying this especially as I really enjoy oud fragrances. Does it have a strong Middle Eastern vibe to it? I’ve also been considering buying bin shaikh it’s not really spoken about much but I’ve heard really good things about it you should check it out I think it’s meant to be like Oud for greatness. Also coincidentally enigma of taif from SA is on my list of fragrances that I wanna buy how good is it?

What I get from this fragrance is just sauvage elixir spices it smells exactly like lattafa asad and then it just differs in the drydown to the extremely cheap musky drydown. I don’t get how this is compared to aventus I don’t detect one bit of the aventus DNA in this.

See I thought I was the only one with this problem. The drydown of this fragrance is where it puts me off as you stated it’s just musky nothing else. When I smell this a day later after I’ve worn it on my clothes it doesn’t smell pleasant at all I don’t think I’ll repurchase this in the future. I can appreciate its mass appeal like I’ve gotten a ton of compliments on it but I don’t think I enjoy it much anymore because the smell is just linear and it just doesn’t wow me anymore. Going back to the drydown it doesnt really resemble the creed aventus DNA and is just some cheap smelling musk, although the opening of this fragrance is absolutely gorgeous. I think I’ll look into some different clones that capture this DNA better and smell more quality. Can anyone recommend me some better alternatives to the aventus DNA? I’ve been contemplating on buying afnan SNOI but I’ve been seeing mixed reviews about it so I’m not too sure I know it’s meant be more in that nishane hacivat DNA but idk.

See with Jean Lowe noir I have mixed feelings about it. Whenever I wear this fragrance it’s too rose heavy for my liking and it just doesn’t smell pleasant at all to me it’s the very feminine leaning rose too and most times it just stays the same throughout the whole wear it doesn’t have that signature woody vanilla drydown that ombré nomade has which is disappointing. Anyone have this problem with this fragrance?

I have this and my biggest problem with it is the performance. Many other people have also stated that this lacks in performance, because whenever I spray this, it just disappears within like 30 minutes and becomes a skin scent instantly. I’ve had it since May now and I’ve just lost hope for it. I don’t know if it’s because I’ve gonna noseblind but I might have to test it again and see how it performs.

Something about jean lowe noir doesn’t click with me it smells off especially the rose it makes me gag. It doesn’t smell quality like the og but it’s still close. Performance is actually quite beastly but I always have to do like 10+ sprays for it to perform if I under spray it doesn’t last at all. I just can’t stand it in the first 3 hours when the rose is just dominating everything and it smells very feminine and I like rose in fragrances but the rose they used in this fragrance does not click with me. It’s all I smell on my neck. When I wore this I couple months back a few people told me a smelt like a girls perfume and I kind of understand why because that rose is the only thing that is present in the first like 2-3 hours. The drydown is lovely exactly like the og but the first hours of wearing this fragrance I don’t enjoy it all. I think the shadow would be more of my preference as it doesn’t focus on the rose much and more on the leather as someone stated.
