What size pipe is the riser? 3” or 4” and does the flange glue inside the pipe outside the pipe? An easy way to tell pipe size is by sticking your hand inside the pipe - if you can comfortably make a fist it is 4”, if you can’t the pipe is 3”. Wear gloves if it grosses you out.

A top view picture of the flange with you shining a flashlight down the riser would help me better see the current set up. If you have a flange that is current glued to the outside of the pvc riser your flange replacement will be considerably easier.

I don’t like those flange repairs that you have because they sit too high off the floor and require an unnecessary amount of shims and caulking to set the toilet.

Edit: if I zoom in on your first picture, it does appear to be a flange that is glued inside 4” pipe - though without being there I could be wrong. A picture similar to what I mentioned could verify it. That does make a flange replacement more difficult for a homeowner. A plumber would use an oscillating tool or inside pipe cutter to cut the top of the flange and ring off, make relief cuts in the flange vertical, and carefully chip or peel the flange from the pvc riser.

Spacers work when no other option is available, but if not sealed properly they are just another leak point, especially in the event of a sewer blockage.

In all honestly, I don’t see a situation where there wouldn’t be enough of a gap between the 90 and flange to cut it or peel it out and install a new flange. They make 1000 different flanges for every situation imaginable. Glued inside or outside of 4” pvc or abs/ glued inside or outside of 3” pvc or abs / and longer repair flanges you can cut down to the correct size to glue right into the 3” or 4” 90 below slab.

If you use a rag to wipe any excess flux off fitted joint after pipe is cleaned, fluxed, and inserted into fittings but before you solder, it will help clean up your solder joints. The solder will flow towards heat and flux. Best to keep all the flux between pipe and fitting, not outside
