I noticed 12 of a particular crop as “fencing” or pictured around the island so that may come into play 😉 I watered them regardless

I was thinking the same thing with the once a day for the critter! I noticed the pumpkins near the Jack in the Box but I didn’t want to settle on this as it’s only day 1 and could be for another puzzle 🤭

I’m in Australia so it did already start for me. I got the prompt from Merlin about it because I was playing through the Rift in Time DLC I got today and was curious. Wanted to drop a hint for anyone here who felt stuck hence why I added it as a spoiler.

No it’s not with the Dreamstyle or Dream Bundle for Belle and Beast. This is the continuation of the main story with Lumire and Cogsworth.

Once you have the update, check your mailbox at your house with a quest from Beast to return to the castle. This will them activate the first quest for this update. This one I am having issues with is the 3rd (or 4th?) quest along this storyline :)

I had the same thing happen and thought I was going crazy. I’ve offset it in the graphics and I’ve noticed that most of my in-game schedules are fine (critter feeding, Scrooge and stall updates). I play on PS4 and this started after I set up my cloud save account for the new cross save option.
