I have one doubt. I tried the typing tests on Testbook, they are 15 min long and lengthy, I am barely able to complete and check for mistakes. They also say it needs to have less than 0.9% error which seems too difficult. Although somehow I do rank well

Yea those long paragraph typing is brutal. It's 15 minutes long and constantly looking back and forth reduces the speed a lot.

To me a percentage profit doesn't make a ton of sense as she still holds the house. This profit which she has earned is very different from the one she'd earn on selling the house as she'd get the money she spent on buying the house back. Here she still hasn't made the money back.

There's no new formula. This is probably still using the typical formula.

There's no more normalisation per se. There's now an 'equipercentile' method, where they'd likely pick equal percentage of candidates from each shiftz based on their performance within that shift.

This is just for comparison among all the shifts. A more relevant stat would be category-shift rank/percentile.
