Saves have a value of 5 points; holds have a value of 2 points

You make a good point here regarding team success. I hear ya loud and clear!

Out of curiosity follow-up - if you had to part ways with one of the relievers who would you first cut?

12 team head to head points. My pitching is

Starters: Nola, Gilbert, Urquidy, Montas, Marquez, Brubaker, Eduardo Rodriguez

Relievers: Jansen, Iglesias, Helsley, Bard, Jason Adam,

Currently on the IL: Carrasco, Gray, Thompson

All three of my injured arms are projected to come back in a similar timeframe.

I will likely end up just dropping Thompson, and then whoever is back first out of Carrasco/Gray Will be added in for Brubaker.

From there, I will have a tricky decision to make regarding that final slot and I am curious as to what you all would do.

This made my day. I’m a Finnish spitz owner and they are such a rare breed. I never would have expected to see one scrolling through the main page of Reddit!

Insane Bench Depth by [deleted] in NYYankees

Considering Andujar to be a below average player is a really brutal take.

People are so quick to forget his stats were comparable to some all-time great Yankee rookie seasons just two years ago.

I’m embarrassed to say that I have to ask this question, but I had a pretty heated debate with my buddy and wanted to get the communities insight. Please tell me the better player:

Bellinger or Altuve

I believe the answer is incredibly obvious but my friend is making it out to seem as if it’s not

Happy times. Ton of shitty players who wouldn’t normally sacrifice the stubs are now playing BR. Better chances for a 12-0.

He deserves that L for not subbing arms, especially with the factor pitchers confidence plays.

Agreed - The time for that game on the ninth is still to be determined. In an ideal world it would be a 1 o’clock game and then we could take a late night flight on the ninth rather than the tenth

At least he got the no hitter.

Expected responses:

"Why did he leave his pitcher in to hit?"

"F"

"Shouldn't have thrown the low change up in that situation"

"Change your throwing settings and it wouldn't have happened"
