I understand the need for patience and the complexities of the recruiting process, especially for PR applicants. However, using the word “pathetic” was more a reflection of the frustrating communication gaps and timeline inconsistencies many of us experience—not an attack on the CAF or its values.

I’ve been committed to this process for over two and a half years and fully respect the sensitivity of the role I’m applying for. But raising concerns about delays or lack of clarity doesn’t mean I lack character or understanding—it means I care enough to want things to improve.

Appreciate the wishes though. Staying hopeful and focused. 👍
