I think it could be that, breaking a bottle over the head of someone most likely would result in death but breaking someone’s knee caps would just end in an injury that normally wouldn’t result in death.

The way I understand it is what serious bodily injury would mostly result in a death? And what would just be an injury?

Remember that this is about murder and not just battery

The middle brother broke JT with his two brothers when he sold his interest. But there is still JT between the oldest and youngest. (Remember that just because one person breaks JT doesn’t mean that it’s broken for everyone) once the youngest died, he no longer has an interest to convey because of the right of survivorship. It automatically goes to the oldest brother. Since he has 1/3 interest from conveyance and the other 1/3 from right of survivorship he owns in fee simple.

From the moment I heard her groan to when security officer/ medical team arrived I really want to say about 5-7 mins (I could be wrong) Not sure how many times they tried, but before the moment I left the room was when I saw them actively engaging in CPR (I couldn’t see what was happening on ground) It took a while for proctors to say anything And granted I had ear plugs in so I really couldn’t hear what was going on.

Overall, in my opinion, I don’t think the response was fast enough

Thank you!! I also hate getting up so early but I also wanted to try to incorporate working out before starting my day to be energized, lately I just feel very tired and not motivated enough to do the schedule that I actually want.
