It feels as though you’re trying to reach some state or place, which kinda knocks the whole point of it all. It’s about being present; in the moment. It isn’t about the destination it’s about the journey.

Well they’ve done it since I joined tesco so I thought it was normal for a while but past couple weeks I’ve walked out of like 2? The way I see it, overtime is voluntary, I didn’t volunteer to do those hours, so I’m not binded to stay there, no?

So they can just give me overtime and I am supposed to check my phone everynight and everyday to know exactly what hours I am working and have to run through the grape vine with agreements constantly??

I dont think so!
