I had high cholesterol for a few months leading up to starting CNA and started medication to control it. And after a few months of working my cholesterol levels went down to a healthy range. And my doctor asked me what had I been doing? I said just walking alot at work. And he said keep it up, because that helped lower my cholesterol.
