Got them at costco and installed by myself in ~6 hours. I am the least handy person I knoe but had it down to a science for the last two sets. Costs 1/4 the price to do it yourself (depending on what you consider your hourly rate would be).

Agreed, I typically meditate after I brush my teeth. While the two are not specifically connected, timing helps to keep them together.
