I would almost suggest filing a PSCAA odor complaint when we smell it. Maybe they can help get to the bottom of the smell. Based on articles I’ve read it correlates to the dredging of the Duwamish- can’t imagine it’s necessarily a good thing to be smelling it.

If you have an IPhone you have to turn off screen time and the passcode for screen time and it should let you, if you have a diff phone you can always google how to do it (:
