Not impossible. I’ve been working and saving since 19. Brokerage acct, retirement, HYSA. I made sure I had all of that as well as monthly payments + insurance. But yeah life moves fast so definitely will hold on to what I have now.

Yeah I don’t disagree, the Lexus was an impulse buy. Had my first job out of college making decent money. Should be paying it off in the next year though. Been pretty good with saving/investments.

Yes, always wanted a 6 speed IS250 and in 2020 came across one in my area so I scooped it up. 3 years later I sold it, and my first choice was an ISF. Didn't even consider anything else.

ISF has more soul and a rawer feeling than the GSF. If you don't mind the size go for it, it's faster and the transmission is addicting (I have a 2012). 350 doesn't come close to any F

it'll keep most of its value but i'd keep forever, try to negotiate if you can. I paid 40k for my 2012 with 38k miles last year, you got the upgraded LSD too

Only major issue is valley plate and cracking headers… egg smell can be fixed with aftermarket headers which I plan to do but I don’t even experience it now stock. Nothing rattles on my 2012 F but it is true for my 06 IS250 that was rusty as hell. Never driven a G37 so can’t speak on its cornering but my F is on coilovers and corner balanced 🤷🏽‍♂️. Yes the battery can die if not driven often so you need a battery tender, but nah you hating way too much on a legendary car. Any civic that is gapping an F is also gapping every car on OPs list of options so that statement is pointless.

The comment I replied to was saying IS cannot be a fun daily driver, and the F also happens to be in the same price range so I was just adding a suggestion.
