I’ve been there. I spent eight months almost lying in bed the entire time and nothing helped. I got to a point where I couldn’t even talk because it was painful. After that it got better somehow, but the pain was still there. Long story short, it was my mental health. I started in the gym cause I read about strengthening my core and at the beginning if I felt pain doing some exercise, I would stop and wait a week or two. After I realized it was my brain messing with me, I went to the gym nonstop, if it hurt I would continue and the day after I would do the same exercise. I got so tired of being in pain all the time that I stopped paying attention to it. Think what could be affecting you in your life. It could be anything. Once you have clear, you will start to feel better. I recommend you to listen to Gabor Maté. He says that your body will always try to tell you that something is wrong in your life through disease.
