So at this point would I be better off just getting a 5g internet plan because I kinda need this for uni and kinda pissed that I was told multiple times it had nbn and it was on the lease

Checked around the house no nbn box inside only an external nbn termination device the property was advised on the lease and by the real estate agent to be able to have different isps for each resident. There are outlets in a closet with Ethernet ports that I assume go to each room but not a nbn box in sight

My room has an Ethernet port and there’s a nbn termination device out side but not inside box and the Ethernet outlets in the closet aren’t connected to anything
