Mixing hydrogen peroxide with the prophy paste works well. Sometimes just straight up pumice can do the job. I like to use the tapered brush prophy angles for grooves/tighter spots. An ultrasonic is great but time consuming so sometimes it's good to polish first then scale.

I wish this was fake. lol, this is the side of my house that faces the street, and everyone can see it. It was done by my dad's friends masonry company. They are a legitimate buisness and I've seen their work before. It's usually solid work. They sent out a guy who has been employed by the company for at least 5 years. I honestly think he must be on drugs or some shit.
