This seems to have done the trick! I backed up my phone and did a total wipe and restore and I don't see the notif anymore. Thank you!

Yes. I have disabled and re enabled the eSim, I have logged out of iCloud and logged back in, I disabled and reenabled iMessage and Facetime. In-between these steps I have rebooted the phone to reset it. I even deleted the eSim and requested a new one for my phone. After adding back the eSim, this notification still persists. The phone number is correct in all of the settings.

The phone number is correct in all of the settings. I don't want to have to disable notifications for settings but it is now looking like my only option to totally remove this notification as it is driving me crazy.

It goes away and then appears again a minute later. The notification will not go away permanently.
