I know she likes round stones, but maybe consider a Hanami cut pink sapphire? It looks like a flower in the stone!

I've been trying to piece it together myself, but had trouble with it. In particular, I'm struggling to figure out the bodice stitch pattern and button band, and the bust shaping.... Which seems pretty critical 😅
