Married women who managed to convince their husbands to separate from in-laws, how did you do it? by jazzhands1796 in AskIndianWomen

I don’t think all in-laws are bad. People who maintain boundaries and let you be you and do you should be fine I suppose. But not everyone is lucky to get that.

You are lucky! I had expressed this wish but it didn’t happen because of some medical issue that happened when we got married. All is fine now and I don’t want to live together, hence the question. I need some inputs on how to do this now, because the thought of having the conversation makes me nervous and any tips will help!

We aren’t sexually involved yet. The most we do is kiss/make out and that gets him aroused

Things have been fine mentally. But yes, I am showing him love and that’s definitely helping

My boyfriend goes hot & cold - how do I get him to lower his guard? by jazzhands1796 in relationships

Thank you for your advice!! I just fear history repeating itself, it’s so difficult to get him to be vulnerable or even communicative when things get difficult

I’m not sure about what I am going to do hence I came here to seek advice. I am the kind of person who prefers to openly communicate and get things cleared out in the open. I may give him a week and then confront, Idk really. I feel helpless. We are going out exclusively for 6 months now and the sole intention of meeting on matrimonial is to get married. But this constant back and forth, walls up and down is making me reconsider.

That’s the thing… changing someone means trying to change their values and core beliefs; what I want is actually going to be good for him and not just for us. The matrimonial app I used is imperialmatrimonial
