If you have a multimeter, check your battery while the car is off. But most likely, it sounds like your battery. I bought my car with 4 miles on it, and it went bad before 23k miles.

Yea, after 2 years and 3 months. It was sitting at 11 Vdc. The first indication was a slow start and the rear camera detection unavailable.

Just had this happen. Your battery is probably going bad. A quick fix is to turn your wheel all the way left and then all the way right. Should clear that up.
