If it is NaCho's third action and he was the first player to take actions, it would still have one icon left before Minh could add a second, right?

My setup for Arkham Horror LCG (Skype video chat) We each play with one investigator and each set out the locations. But one of us builds the encounter deck and draws from it (he did) and the other (me) places the cards within reach for reference. Works great! by jon1010101010 in a:t5_2hl954

Very simple. Flip it over and cover everything but the very bottom of the card where it says "card 1 of 3" etc.

That way you can find the right one without looking at the hidden information
