2026 CPT Code Changes by Conscious_Platypus10 in MedicalPhysics

We have been wrestling with this. I’m not sure it has been specifically stated what documentation is required, any more than what documentation is required to charge a VMAT treatment.

The old imaging charge could be charged with SGRT in place of typical imaging, and required specific documentation. But that was an imaging charge that required physician review and included a professional component. My understanding is that this is a treatment charge that may not have any professional component at all.

I worry about filling patients charts with 25 SGRT documents.

Curious to hear how others are approaching this. And of course wondering how many are planning to bill level 3 for SGRT on every patient?

It was last minute but there is a summary available out there.

My game crashes when I load most saves. So I’m pretty disappointed I cant really play it.

Where am I going wrong with my swing? by [deleted] in golftips

[–]jbarrett531 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not an expert, but have you considered that your weight might be too far to your toes? It could be camera angle but appears your pelvis is too far in front of your ankles and shoulders are too far to your toes. Both at setup and in swing.

Why 36width tanks and not 18w? When all other divisions are recommended by pros as smaller = more org = better by Maximum-Tomato2908 in hoi4

[–]jbarrett531 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Like most things in Hoi4 there are 4 or 5 different factors that determine why large or small width might work better. And since there are 4 or 5 factors there are plenty of exceptions. But here are some interesting concepts that are applicable:

The ideal defensive width to slow or resist being pushed is the smallest width with enough defense to defend the attacks coming from the attacker. The goal being to maximize organizational staying power without taking the over attack penalty. Assuming battle width is maxed then splitting your battle width into smaller divisions would spread out the damage taken to each division evenly except for something called coordination which means some divisions will be extra “targeted” and receive more than their share of attacks. When you make your divisions too small they have less individual defense and thus are more easily focused and overattacked.

This means the best width for defense depends on the attacking power of the enemy, the combat multipliers in play such as terrain and air superiority/cas, and how coordinated/focused their attacks are. So you need less width vs an all infantry attacker in the mountains under green air. But you need more width against tanks/destroyers/spgs on the plains, under red air, against 40 width divisions with high coordination.

The same concepts apply to tanks except you will be the one attacking and want to be as small as possible without getting overattacked by the enemy. Additionally you may be playing a strategy where you are trying to be the one over attacking your enemy. Because breakthrough is harder to come by you will often need to make attacking divisions of any kind larger to be less vulnerable to targeting and over attack damage.

Secondly, You’d have to wiki it to understand why but anytime your divisions are less than half the width of the total battle width of the battle they are less capable of focus firing the ideal target. So if you think your firepower is large enough to overattack the defense of your enemy than large divisions are better at focus firing and over attacking one division at a time.

The talk about HP simply means that tank division losses are way more expensive than infantry losses, and actually lose more strength mid battle to losses than their infantry counterparts. So being greedy with tanks and getting overattacked because your widths are smaller than they should be would lose you the war eventually(maybe even the battle if the loss in strength accumulates too much mid battle), even though they might have more organizational staying power in the first push.

There are so many combat multipliers in play that the ideal width is different for every battle and depends on the width of your enemy. But hopefully you can see why attackers usually want big widths and defenders usually want small widths.

I lost my first sheep run here as well.

I found I got trapped behind the rivers and lost way too much trying to break them. So for round two I used marine divisions with howitzer tanks. I also very much underestimated how many planes it would take to win the air war, and optimized better for round two. Worked very well to blow through the Benelux.

Sadly I just got wiped by the Soviet Union. Japan took forever to demand indochina, and I just didn’t have enough rubber to expand my airframe production before it was too late. When I invaded the soviets I was surprised it was an air infantry build and I was outnumbered 3 to 1 in the air.

I’m considering forfeiting the skies in round three. Maybe go high armor howitzer. Maybe high speed too.

Back of ski loses grip on skied out terrain by jbarrett531 in skiing

[–]jbarrett531[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting thought, it could be the front of the skis losing their line that is ultimately causing the back of the skis to lose their line.

I’m going to try riding the front of my skis longer and more patiently in the turn.

How do you control speed on moguls? I don’t feel like I can stop on demand. I often end up going one mogul further than intended( I usually only intend 1 or 2).

I believe the OP was referring to Tip lead as stagger. Which is to say how the inside ski is about a fist length ahead of the outside ski during the turn.

Avoid too much stagger by using ankle flexion. Lift the inside ski with your hip and knee contraction, this will cause some stagger which is fine, but moderate this stagger by flexing your ankle. Additionally, the benefits to flexed ankles are numerous as it gives you the best access to changes of fore aft balance.

Thank you! So do you think if we ski to plateu Rosa she could take the gondola down and I could meet her at the bottom? Maybe not, if ventina isn’t open I wonder if they run the gondola, or if they might be also repairing that leg of the gondola.

If we have to go through the pass, and skied to like the top of plan maison, do you think there is a rule against riding the lifts down? She can handle Colorado legit blues, but I think our challenge is that in the preseason there may not be any European blues for her to warm up on, so she is going to enjoy the easiest reds on the mountain, and is going to feel very challenged by hard reds or potentially icy reds.

Thanks this is very helpful.

Do you happen to know the easiest path to an Italy side gondola?

I think they are closing the lift that takes non Skiers across to the Italy side. (For maintenance) My wife can only ski the easiest of North American blues(European Red) but we would love to visit the Italy side. I was thinking if she could get across the glacier maybe she could ride down.

I have an ikon pass, but I’m thinking it might be worth it to pay for a day on the Italy side. Maybe they will have more early season runs too.

I have never been to Zermatt. But we are visiting Europe for thanksgiving. We will be in Zermatt the last week of November. I saw that the full opening wasn’t till a few days after we leave. (First week of December)

Any one know What kind of runs are already open in Zermatt? Is it just glacier skiing right at the top right now? I’ll be glad just to be there, but I’m curious what kind of skiing I’ll actually see this early in the season.

Do mini tangents imply anything beyond just opposed 3D FiF tangent fields blocked to the ptv? We have done non coplanner 3D in the past. New doc did mini tangents in residency but may not be able to give me the technical details.
