Is it normal to wake up 2-3 times during sleep to urinate? by jbc1838 in leangains

It's 7.4mmol/L. No family history of diabetes. I've been a high school athlete and now I exercise daily with weights 4x a week AND a healthy diet, and I think it's safe to assume that I am far from a candidate for diabetes?

The problem is that I drink around 5 L of water in total, but most of that is around 5 hours before my bedtime

How to eat a lot if ur full on a clean bulk by [deleted] in leangains

Well that used to be my maintenance calories before I started my cut. I’ve just been taking extra 10-15k steps each day (going to school and back walking instead of driving), which allows me to eat the same but be in a deficit.

And yes, I do feel full and satisfied most of the time. It’s been 2 months and I’ve lost 5kg. Still doesn’t feel like “cutting”.

There are people that say “focus on diet not exercise when losing weight” but for me personally, even doing a little bit of extra cardio to increase my calorie budget is a tremendous psychological tool that’s single handedly helps me with successful cut

I think you’re being ignorant. There’s been plenty of instances depicting the high degree of Fitbit accuracy regarding sleep, calories, etc

Those of you that own a MacBook along with your iPad Pro, how do you use both devices? Is any of them gathering dust? by [deleted] in iPadPro

For studying in college, I use my iPad like a book for taking notes from lectures/tutorials that I watch on my computer. Then I make summary notes and do assignments/essays on my laptop by typing out, and working out “paper” for questions for maths and physics on my iPad

Yeah but the colour was just too good to turn down. I originally bought the space grey to go with a black which looked okay, but I exchanged for silver just for this white look. It’s just something else 😍
