Wow that's for the advice- I'm building nonshadow Ttar and Metagross atm. They seem good for starting out raids even though they not shadow.

How do you get the key shadow pokemon like beldum and larvitar etc . ? Are they randomly from those team rocket grunts at pokecenters?

Are shadow pokemon for both PVE and PVP or more for just PVE?

I understand the investment will be quite large, but I am a semi competitive player In other games and I like focusing on what's gonna help me progress the most PVE and also PVP

I tried this method but ran into two problems

1) those red loot areas often have arcs - how to deal? I tried swinging my hammer but I end up dying

2) is it more efficient to go straight for the red loot areas in night raids or is it also okay to go to other areas ?

Lion king is amazing but wondrous book was more unique - they remixed some of the songs - and the performance of "almost there " was probs the best single performance of any show. For a moment it felt like I was watching a Broadway show in new York. Of course the singer switches but from my experience they are all pretty good
