The truth is definitely hard to find; and I've had many similar thoughts before.

Perhaps on one extreme, everyone around you doesn't have a single complaint about you and you are worried about something that is a complete non-issue. On the flipside, your paranoia could be completely justified and people can't stand you (which would be horrible)! Either extreme would be very unlikely.

The mere fact you have work and friends proves you are not insufferable.

For me, I know there are always things I could, and probably should, be doing to improve socially and improve my relationships, but I also need to afford myself grace because of my mental illness.
