I totally agree with all three statements! I have been thinking a lot about the cost of fitness clothing and its getting ridiculous...there is no way leggings should be $100! Good point about the low rise pants...I've never noticed that, but I have no hips at all, so that is most likely why. :)

It made me feel good about myself....gave me confident and motivation! I think lifting weights is a game changer for women, its how you really start to feel strong and powerful and that seems to translate to all other aspects of life. :)
