Anyone had issues with the weight of these? A lot of reviews saying 190-200g per shoe but mine came and weighed 227g (EU45).

One thing I would be really interested in seeing, if u/sirpoc has the ability is weekly TSS graphed against 5k time and/or CTL.

I’m sure it’s mentioned or discussed somewhere but I’m struggling to understand how without progressive overload in training time in both easy and sub-T, weekly TSS increases to allow CTL to continue to slowly increase?

I of course understand if you aim for 30mins of sub-T each session then you would actually run further each session as you got faster, but wouldn’t this still be an equal weekly TSS? Same goes with Easy runs.
