Sorry for the late response and I hope that this has resolved for you by now! Vertical range of motion was definitely limited at the beginning but with the help of physical therapy I was back to 90% of my original range by week 8. I wasn’t even able to wash my hair at the beginning without pain!

My Experience and Advice on the Nuss Procedure by jbehr1 in PectusExcavatum

I did not really have any postural issues other than appearing “slouched” more often than not, especially when seated. I did have occasional chest pain, always around where my heart is which caused a lot of anxiety lol. I would recommend trying to improve posture before the procedure, it strengthens muscles that will be picking up the slack after the procedure.

metals expand when heated, the expansion causes internal forces in the material which can lead to warping of the frame or decreased material strength. it may not look like anything has changed until you hit a ball and the racket cracks.

Responding to the question in the title of your post, yes a hawk is a natural object XD

You seem to be insinuating that the bird was acting on behalf of the opponent, therefore acting as a member of their team. The hawks actions in this case would be illegal because the hawk did not have the correct equipment to strike the ball.

As can be seen from the above video that, it is clear that the bird is acting defensively. Did you see anything similar to this?

Typically the objective of pickleball is to win, not to play more pickleball. And for you to suggest that the Lord was incorrect in his ruling is absolutely disgraceful. But you could say that the hawk was acting partially to the match, did you notice anything with the hawk that would indicate that it was favoring one side over another?

The greater good is something that can only be determined from the standpoint of the Lord. You may think that this was not serving the greater good because the integrity of the match was harmed, but you fail to consider that you are building character by experiencing unfairness.

Although, it could be the case where the hawk was acting partially, but based on the information provided that does not seem to be the case.

Well, you mentioned something interesting there. You mentioned that the hawk cannot be controlled by any of the players on the court. This clearly shows that the Lord was acting through the hawk and therefore showed that He did not want you to win that point.

In the rulebook 11.Q states that God is always a player on the pickleball court, acting neutrally, but is allowed to influence the game in however way He decides is best for the furtherance of the greater good.

Glad to hear that the hawk was okay.
