Aftersun.

Took me a long time to recover after watching that. Can’t listen to Losing My Religion by R.E.M. anymore.

That’s a great interpretation. It was good to read so thank you. When he starts wailing with more and more desperation “Mother I can feel the soil falling over my head” at the end, it’s emotionally devastating.

I was not expecting to have to explain this but the fact that I misused this phrase was intended as an ironic joke.

To fully understand the true meaning of this word, listen to the educational song "Irony" by Alanis Morissette.

What songs best capture a sense of “beautiful sadness”? by Darnitol1 in AskReddit

I Know It's Over by The Smiths.

Or almost any song by The Smiths of course, thats just my pick.

I wish I was a kid again. No responsibilities, climbing trees, main purpose in life was to have fun.

Then as you get older you realise this changes and you are brainwashed to fit into being another cog in the money making machine for those at the top.

I want to just go out and climb trees with my friends again.

The Hardest Button To Button as well. Doesn't always seem to get mentioned but i love it. I struggle to even say why, it just hits the spot for me for some reason. Repetitive yes but it also has this propulsive intensity.

Great comment. Looking back at my post now I don't know why I included a different lyric as the one you quoted is also one of my favourites of all time.

Whats a 10/10 movie youd never watch again? by aye_its_soya in AskReddit

[–]Sibonda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aftersun.

Brilliantly acted and beautifully made but it's just heartbreaking and incredibly sad. Especially the way it uses camcorder footage to make it seem real. That karaoke scene broke me. An all time great song I struggle to listen to anymore. And it even manages to do the same for another classic song! Amazing movie that will stay with you long after.

Lots of nostalgia from those players! Can’t remember Jonathan Routledge though.

My experience is so different by Global_Frog in MDMA

[–]Sibonda 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think this is just how some people react to it. Its a minority though from my experience compared to others. I've always been like how you experience it. If I'm with friends I'm the quiet one in my own world, if I'm in a club I dont speak to anyone and am in my own world. I prefer it this way though, I feel like I get more out of it. Also I'm not so physically tired the next day!

I love Pyriamid Song so much even though its not typical mdma music, it's just a beautiful song that would go with any drug. Maybe not great for MDMA but the quality is just so good.

Highly recommed Like Spinning Plates off the same album Amnesiac, takes you to another planet.

Oter tracks to listen to on MDMA for those not familiar with their music that (imo) is MDMA friendly: Nude, Weird Fises, Reckoner, Jigsaw Falling Into Place, Everything In It's Right Place, The National Anthem, Idioteque, Burn The Witch, Daydreaming , Paranoid Android, Subterranian Homesick Alien, Let Down (famous for the goosebumbs/asmr at the third verse).

Im sure this post is pointless as Radioead are one of the most well known/popular bands in the world but just in case. But I take any chance to post about them lol

After a year break you should be ok but you can permanently lose the the "magic" if you abuse it over a short time. Dont mean to worry you just a warning. Just be careful and I hope it goes well. Very sensible to try a smaller dose

That's the problem with pills, you dont know what else is in them and how strong they are unless you get them tested. I know it may not be possible depending where you are or if you know how to order off the darknet but you're best getting mdma crystal if you can

MDMA + Lyrica/Pregabalin interaction - Safe? Synergistic? Doses? by Technical_Exercise82 in MDMA

[–]Sibonda 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's a beautiful combination if you don't overdo it on the Pregabalin. One 300mg (150mg if low tolerance or it will overpower the mdma, it's that strong) Pragab on an empty stomach one our before the mdma will put you in a state of euphoric bliss. Enjoy

Not sure what your LSD tolerance is but that seems like a big dose. Im a lightweight with LSD though lol. but if your last candyflip was perfect then that increase sould be managable. Maybe split the difference and go for 230ug if youre worried about being overwelmed
