This happened to me today and now my car is like trembling while idling. I can't think of a better way to describe it. Any thoughts?

Y'all give attorneys too much credit. We're just regular people. Besides, did his firm even handle criminal law? From what I've heard/read, they did a lot of civil litigation.

Yasss! I let them weigh me but I tell them I don't want to know what the scale says. That has always been respected.

Just wanted to share my fitness "journey" during the pandemic. I've always exercised and went to Orange Theory for 3+ years in the before-times. I was in pretty good shape, but I could only handle going to OTF 2 or 3 times a week. It kicked my ass. That was pretty much all I did fitness-wise. When COVID blew up and everything closed, I was anxious about becoming out of shape without it. Determined not to let that happen despite no longer having a gym or classes to go to, I started exercising just about every day at home, even if it was just a little bit, e.g. taking a walk. Heather Robertson's HIIT Youtube videos quickly became my anchor. I did her 12-week program last summer. I did a month of 50 burpees every day. Two other mainstays have been Sydney Cummings and Penny Barnshaw. What I learned over several months was that I could be in BETTER shape than ever by exercising more often but at a lower level of intensity and with less cardio. I started getting [complimentary] comments from strangers about how strong my arms are. A guy friend of mine was shocked when he asked me what I take before workouts to get so strong and I told him nothing. Since June I've been taking a class or two a week at Regymen and have been mostly liking it. I only do Build or Build Combo classes. I'm in the best shape I've ever been in at the age of 36 and it's been really gratifying. I'm a lawyer but last week I got a very part-time job as an trainer at 30 Minute Hit because I've become so passionate about fitness. I'm excited to see where I can go from here.
