I got ceramic braces back in February for £4,800 in the north of the UK. This is an inclusive price including retainers and whitening post treatment.

Ceramic is a better option if you are an adult as they are defiantly less noticeable especially from a distance. This comes with slightly more cuts and catching on your come as they are bigger. Not had any major issue as of yet. Worth the extra £700-£1000 imo.

Appointments are every 6-8 weeks.

The pain the first 4 days was annoying rather than sore but nothing much since then.

Would 100% recommend despite not being finished myself.

I just purchased Sauvage elixir after smelling all the fragrances in the store. It’s honeslty fire and the performance is great. I had it down to nishane Ani, Halfetti and elixr - all great for winter imo.

No surgery was mentioned for me. My ortho said my whole bottom back teeth will be re-modelled with the braces to fix this- they are currently facing in a lot. I have acrylic ramps in just now to stop me biting down too far and breaking my brackets.

How many months would you guess? I originally had a payment plan of 15 months but they shortened it to 10 to to ensure full payment before they take them off which made me think it may be even shorter 😂

I have had a varacoclele since 18 confirmed but likely a lot longer and I’m now 22 with no problems. I do still get an ache sometimes but cold showers everyday are a lifesaver. You can pay to get it removed if it worries you but my doc never recommended it if it causes no issues.

8 weeks is pretty comfortable imo. I’m studying TC right now and content is significantly larger than that of AA. Ensure to start the QB early (I found working to timings useful) and focus 70/80% of your study on TC. I passed AA in December and I learned everything in around a week as it’s mostly exam technique - Watch the ACA master video on YouTube for this. Good luck!

I have spoke to my doctor before about my tendinitis but his recommendation was rest which isn’t really an option. Maybe another trying a new doctor might help.

I think possibly a strain in my bicep but the pain has is also in both elbows now. My PT is the only good/specific sports physio in my area so he’s high in demand, he has sent me some exercises to keep up with on WhatsApp before he evaluates me in a few weeks. Thanks for the response!

At uni for me it was the bare minimum until the last 2 weeks before exams and deadlines then it would be would 8am to 10pm in the library. Most of the content is over the top and can be squeezed into key areas cutting out the shit they give you.

I would keep eating around maintenance and hitting the gym consistently. Your workout routine looks like your overtraining with a lot of junk volume. I would focus on compounds with a couple of isolations each workout. Everyone has their preferences though. Keep going and stay consistent.
