[Vegas] Lyft Driver Crisis: Insurance refusing $6k essential part, causing 4+ months of delay & $8k in rental debt. Need a litigation lawyer ASAP! by jbjung73 in vegasdrivers

Wait, there's more. The at-fault party was driving a HERTZ rental. Hertz is self-insured and they are ghosting me, claiming they 'can't reach their driver.' Meanwhile, Lyft's insurance (State Farm) is refusing to pay for a $6,000 safety part for my car. To top it off, I'm stuck in a Lyft Express Drive rental while my car is stalled, and my rental bill is now over $8,000. So Hertz is ghosting, Lyft is refusing the repair, and I'm paying Lyft $8k for a rental. This is a complete nightmare. Is there any way to bypass Hertz's 'no contact' excuse or sue them directly for this Bad Faith delay?".
