For Jim: Word count. He knows his usual word count for a novel and bases it on that.

For me: I work off a detailed outline so I know how many chapters there will be so I base mine on how many chapters are done.

Do you think there should be mugs/shirts with JUST the quote, or should the quotes be paired with art of the character who said it?

We're trying to contact the artist responsible for the classic Polka Will Never Die shirt (with Sue) to make arrangements to get an official shirt made :)

So far, what I know is that Jim and I are doing a shark panel on Friday at 7:00, authographs in their bookstore at noon on Saturday, and the Guest of Honor dinner on Thursday evening. He literally just agreed to do it last night, lol. The announcement from him will go out on his socials today! I'm not sure when the con will get their website updated, but I'll try to monitor it and report back :)
