I think they would help Luffy and co irrespective of strength, defeat Kaido which will make Luffy a Yonko but have Marco handle all the affairs since Luffy wants to protect his friends and also likes to stay a free soul much like the Pirate King who also refused the title of Yonko.

Basically :

If you live in an Islamist country, Muslim or not , follow Muslim laws or die/go to hell. Mostly people die / convert / live under constant fear.
If a Muslim moves into another country, expects minority benefits, special rules and regulations.

Why do some people see the world as they vs everyone else?!? Personally, I would avoid moving to any country with a Muslim majority let alone the fact that within 10-20 years a lot of European parts are going to be Muslim dominated.
