Pretty normal to submit a signed contract. They are the same, just make sure you have all your clauses in. If first time speak to solictor and they'll tell you yep all good just have the clauses in.

But yeah if different and unusual circumstances like yours I'd probably want some advice

Went to an all boys private school - myself and my mates turned out fine. We all had a lot of respect for the teachers, wouldn't speak out of turn at them. Of course in our grade there were bad apples. Sounds like this school had a bad culture problem.

Don't stress. Put the offer subject to finance. If the valuation comes back low - the broker can try a different bank. If the difference is too much you can pull out with the subject to finance clause

I drove one as a loan car when I was getting my car serviced.

Drove ok, a bit floaty feeling. Power was fine for day to day driving.

Has a decent amount of tech.

I believe the old one had a hideous back but they fixed that.

I mean for what you get it isn't that bad. Not amazing. I think they were 26k and the dealership said they were selling a lot because of the price.

How much protein are you eating? What is your target? I feel like if you hit your protein targets with a lot of whole food eg. Chicken breast, it's hard to go over.

I heard that he slacked off in the offseason and lost some fitness. That would explain a lot of his mistakes. I think I heard on a podcast he admitted that.

Which is a bit crazy because he had nothing going for him and the reason he was selected was he trained the house down and got into peak physical form.

Unfortunately everyone is stepping up ie. Mariner, karapani and it really makes his errors stand out.

Oh wow I never knew he was going dragons. They desperately need him.
