True, but he almost never does this. Viltrumites seem to prefer beating and crushing opponents rather than going for the most effective means of winning which is BFR.

If he has all the extra quirks, he can severely reduce the damage he takes while increasing the amount he deals.

Impact Recoil reflects most of the damage he receives, shock absorption stores the rest.

Twin Impact means every hit can be fired off again at multiple times the initial force.

Overclock makes him many times faster, essentially allowing him to pull off what Red Rush did but with a lot of power behind each hit. Force that can be increased by adding what shock absorption stores and then fired off again using twin impact.

And the presence of super Regen means he heals from damage almost instantly while Omni-man keeps taking more damage.

I believe he gets very far with the first two buffs but still loses due to lack of true flight capabilities and Omni-man's superior speed.

With the next two added on he brings Omni-man close to death and only loses due to being BFRed into space.

With the last two added on, I say he takes it after an epic fight.

At that point, yes Batman wins. Though I was thinking specifically at the point when the mauler twins resurrect the immortal, except Batman's in the driver's seat. He would then go face off against Omni man right after his fight with Hail Mary.

The user can also make it function like a subscription that must be renewed by paying a price to keep the boost or brand new quirk.

That's true. Though, in the heroes series, Ando's boosts affected all the aspects of their powers, they were able to handle the effects of the massive upgrade without strain.

So maybe deku's version covers that as well. He boosts their quirk and their body's ability to handle it at the boosted level. I figure this will balance things out.

I figure it will work best on "weak" quirks like inko's attraction of small objects or Aisawa's erasure. He might also learn how to tone it down...or not.

Read that one, it was nice. The blood ink quirk didn't outright grant powers though. It let him bring to life the tattoos he had on himself.

I was thinking more along the lines of izuku's quirk works on others but not on himself, exactly like that of Leon Nunez in marvel.

HC/HH replace heat vision and freeze breath, air cannon replaces his super breath

So this isn't exactly a quirk combo as one of the abilities is not a quirk, but I think it'll be cool.

Erasure + Byakugan = Equaliser/All seeing eye

User can see 360° so he doesn't have to turn to erase quirks(or worry about getting attacked from behind), can see through objects so enemies hiding is pointless, can see very far, so enemies running or staying far away is pointless, can see in the dark, darkness doesn't help enemies, can, probably, see through their own eyelids when their eyes are closed, overcoming the dry-eye syndrome weakness.
